• Uploaded Files and Data: Data files you upload through chat conversations or store in Data Sources for analysis purposes, including file names, sizes, and content.
• User-Generated Content: Custom shortcuts, edited reports, chat conversations, and other content you create within the platform.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our data analysis services
• To process your data uploads and generate analysis reports
• To improve and personalize your user experience

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

We retain your account information and uploaded data until you delete your account, at which point it is permanently deleted within 30 days. Deleted chats and files are removed immediately from your view and permanently deleted within 30 days. Payment records are retained for 7 years to comply with legal requirements.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Payment Processors: We use Stripe to process payments. Payment information you provide (such as credit card numbers) is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.
• AI Service Providers: Your queries and uploaded data may be processed by third-party AI providers to deliver our analysis services. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
• Cloud Infrastructure: We use third-party cloud hosting providers to store your data securely.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our legal rights.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share your information, such as when you share a chat conversation publicly.
